Ummm yea, remind me to never punch a fire extinguisher.  This is what Amar'e Stoudemire's hand looks like a couple days after the Knicks loss to the Miami Heat in which Stoudemire punched a fire extinguisher after the game in disgust.  @Amareisreal tweeted the picture out yesterday and thanked the "Most High" for his ability to recover.  The Knicks on the other hand will need a little more than the most high to come back and beat the Heat.
