Today's hot chick is Lady Gaga.  Gaga has never crossed my mind to be on my hot chicks list, but I saw a picture of her the other day and figured I would see what people think.  She clearly has a nice body, but her freakishness along with her below average face makes her come in around a 7.  Not usually high enough for the hot chick of the day but what the hell.  Pictures below.
