Who Wants to Buy Curt Schillings Bloody Sock?

Well, just two days after I watched the ESPN 30 for 30 called "Broke" about athletes losing all their money, I find out that Curt Schilling is selling his famous bloody sock to get money because he owes millions after a failed video game venture.  When are these guys gonna learn that savings accounts make 4% a year with no risk?  No a bad pay check every year if you've got 10 million in the bank.

The Boston Globe says the sock could sell for $25,000 in an auction according to Phil Castinetti, who owns Sportsworld in Saugus, MA.

While Schilling threw away the first sock, this sock was used in the World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals and served time in the Baseball Hall of Fame following the Red Sox World Series win.

Honestly wouldn't let someone pay me to take this thing.  Shit is nasty.  I've never been a huge fan of memorabilia in general, much less someones stank ass sock covered in blood.  Never been a Schilling fan either.  Guess I'll have to let someone else win this one.
